“One’s destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things.” – Henry Miller.

Dear Parents,

“What an amazing time we had”- A statement we heard yesterday from every child, teacher, parent volunteer and ‘chechi’. Their way of expressing it was varied but it all summed up to this one statement. The field trip was a success was visible on all their happy faces, we hope to do a few more shortly.

Educational field trips are significant for Pre-schoolers in several ways. A trip offers diverse learning opportunities, allows children to get an authentic experience that is essential to children’s self-confidence. Taking part in these trips play an important role to grow physically, emotionally, and intellectually. Not only that, but field trips also contribute greatly to develop a sense of enjoyment. Therefore, making an educational field trip for Early Years as part of our curriculum is a good idea to enhance their knowledge as well as developing physical and mental health. To be more precise, children can gain a better perspective of the world around them by going on field trips simply because they experience new situations and observe different things through their eyes.
